Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States and Canada. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

You will receive an emailed receipt from Stripe as soon as your payment is confirmed, and a separate note from us when your order ships.

Delivery estimates

These are estimates provided by the carrier, not guarantees. Transit times can be affected by weather, carrier backlogs, and customs.

Customs and import charges

For Canadian orders, any duties, taxes, or brokerage fees charged on import are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot predict or refund these charges.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

If tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, or your package arrives damaged, email discover@sporestrike.co with your order details and we will help resolve it — including replacing the order where a carrier investigation confirms loss.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipping; additional postage may apply.
